The number one cause of toxin and “gunk” build-up inside the body is the consumption of processed and refined foods such as white sugar, white flour and food preservatives and additives like those found in most pre-packaged foods found in every grocery store in America.
And since processed foods are loaded with plenty of empty calories and sugar, the more of them you consume, the more body fat you’ll tend accumulate, making it more difficult for your body to detoxify itself.
This is true because the body likes to store toxins inside of fat tissue, and getting rid of excessive body fat also means that you’ll be getting rid of dangerous toxins hidden inside.
If you’re having a hard time losing weight no matter what you do, you’ll want to start eating foods that will help your body detoxify itself naturally, so that your body becomes more efficient at burning fat.

Detox Food #1: Lemons & Limes - Citrus fruits such as lemons and limes contain high amounts of vitamin C, which help your body convert toxic materials into substances that can be absorbed by water.
