Our training director Jacoby will provide you with a free initial training assessment, where you'll discuss your fitness goals, exercise know-how, and bootcamp experience. We'll talk through everything you need to know so you are 100% prepared for our bootcamp classes, take you through some of the exercises that we offer in our bootcamps so you are comfortable from day 1, and provide you with a 21 day customized workout plan that will help you achieve your specific goals while keeping in mind your specific fitness needs!
✓ 21 Day Program Materials
You'll receive valuable program materials starting on the first day of your rapid fitness mini bootcamp. Our 21 day program includes instructional videos, an FAQ on bootcamps, fitness tips, nutrition guidance, healthy recipes that you can cook during your 3 week transformation, and daily motivational messages.
✓ Group Training Sessions with Expert Instruction
During your 21 day program, you get unlimited access to every bootcamp class we offer. Our bootcamp classes are fat burning and muscle toning workouts held indoors on a weekly basis that will drive you towards your goals as fast as humanly possible. You’ll learn exactly how to do every exercise safely and correctly. You’ll never waste your time using ineffective and potentially dangerous exercise form.

Program design is the most critical part of having long-term health and fitness success. A properly designed program will decrease injuries, prevent plateaus, and guarantee that your goals are reached. At Pure Body our Master Trainers have over 30 years of combined experience and will design the best programs for you. All you have to do is show up!
You’ll get mental, physical and emotional support which is critical to making consistent progress. When most people start an exercise program on their own, they quit within 60 days—we’re here to make sure this does not happen to YOU!

You’ll learn which foods to eat and which foods to stay away from. They’re likely not the foods you would think. In fact, if you’re like most people, you've probably eaten these "foods to avoid at all costs" within the few days without even knowing.
✓ No More Boring Cardio
Aren’t you tired of the endless hours on the treadmill and elliptical? So are we, which is why we incorporate High Intensity Interval Training and circuits into our boot camps. Exercises such as rowing, box jumps, kettle bell swings, medicine ball slams and jump ropes are jump a few examples of fresh alternatives that will tap into your cardiovascular system and burn more calories than the treadmill.

The great thing about our bootcamp classes is that we primarily use body weight exercises that are simple yet effective. This means anyone can join the bootcamp without having to learn complex dangerous movements. We also provide you with 2-3 exercise modifications depending on your fitness level, that way everyone can be successful and you are able to participate 100% no matter what your starting fitness level is!
