A fitness bootcamp is a series of classes held at the same time every week, where each class builds on the knowledge, strength, and stamina you earned in the previous class. We offer bootcamp programs that meet three times per week for six weeks (18 total classes) and five times per week for six weeks (30 total classes). All of the classes in your bootcamp will be led by the same certified Pure Body instructor, who will learn your specific needs and strengths so he or she can provide the benefits of a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. All of our bootcamps involve calisthenics (such as situps, pushups, pullups, and squats), sports drills, interval training, obstacle courses, aerobics, jump ropes, and resistance bands. Our strength focused bootcamps also use exercise equipment such as dumbells, barbells, kettlebells, and TRX suspension cables.
